With the palm facing upward [supine], 5 fen below [distal to] and 5 fen to the outer [radial] side of the center of the horizontal wrist line or 5 fen below [distal to] the center of the horizontal wrist line, directly at [on the same line as] the junction between the metacarpal bones of the index and middle fingers.
